The challenge we offer you:
We are looking for an organized, communicative person who is ready to take on challenges and help our team achieve its goals using Agile methodology. Under the supervision of the Organizational Transformation Project Manager, the incumbent will have the following responsibilities:
- Ensure task progress follow-ups for the project
- Coordinate stakeholders: Work closely with the Digital Transformation Project Manager to coordinate actions between internal and external stakeholders, and ensure alignment of objectives and consistency of processes within the department
- Master and promote Agile project management: Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, retrospectives, sprint reviews), plan and lead meetings, ensuring teams stay focused on project goals and meet deadlines
- Manage the backlog and priorities: Collaborate with the project manager to manage and prioritize the backlog, clarify priorities, and facilitate team collaboration to deliver features smoothly and continuously
- Monitor risks and issues: Identify problems and risks that could slow down project progress, propose solutions, and escalate issues to the Digital Transformation Project Manager to resolve them
- Train and support: Organize training sessions for users, in collaboration with the Digital Transformation Project Manager, and assist the team in adopting new project collaboration tools
- Participate in change management processes: Ensure consistency between changes in business processes and systems, and ensure effective integration of new tools and methods within the organization, in collaboration with the HR Partner
- Participate in the drafting and updating of project information, manage the backlog, and document sprints
- Implement tracking tools in collaboration with the Project Manager
What we are looking for:
Technical skills:
- Mastery of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Use of project management tools
- Data analysis
- Proficiency with collaboration tools (O365 and project tools)
- Writing technical documentation
- Good knowledge of the French language (spoken and written)
- Basic knowledge of English (spoken and written)
Experience in project management:
- Work in a multi-team environment
- Participation in different phases of a project
- Coordination with multidisciplinary teams
- Experience with ERP/MES system implementation
- Experience in a Scrum Master role (a plus)
